From Norway to the world
Where it started
For the founder of TBE, that idea began in Norway, where the first steps were taken in the world of beauty through the retail sale of perfumes. What started as a small business quickly became an opportunity to understand the industry from the inside — the products customers truly wanted, the importance of trust and authenticity, and what it takes to build lasting relationships with both customers and brands.
Norway became the beginning of a much bigger journey. Over time, experience gained through retail revealed a clear opportunity: to move beyond selling individual products and create a business capable of connecting beauty brands with markets around the world.
2019 — a new chapter in Poland
In 2019, this vision took a major step forward with the establishment of TBE in Poland. The company was created with a clear ambition: to become a reliable partner for brands, retailers and distributors looking for access to carefully selected beauty products and international markets.
From its beginnings in perfumes, TBE expanded its expertise into skincare, cosmetics, body care and hair care, building a portfolio of recognized global brands and developing a growing international network of business partners.
More than distribution
Today, TBE is more than a traditional wholesaler. We see ourselves as a bridge between brands and markets. Our role is to identify the right products, understand where they can create value and connect them with trusted business partners.
